Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a specific kitchen section
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes

- Control food costs and minimize wastage
Requirements
- Culinary qualification from a recognized institute
- Minimum 2-3 years kitchen experience including Chef de Partie or Demi CDP level
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques
- Experience in a hotel or resort kitchen environment
