About the Role
Support financial operations, reporting, and compliance for one of Sri Lanka's leading licensed finance companies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Manage day-to-day financial accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
Requirements
- Part or full qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in a finance company or bank preferred
- Knowledge of financial regulations in Sri Lanka
- Strong analytical and communication skills
