About the Role

Lead the health, safety, and environment function at PGP Glass Ceylon's manufacturing plant in Horana, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Train employees on health, safety, and environmental practices
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and international standards
• Maintain HSE documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification preferred
• 3+ years HSE management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
