About the Role
Lead coconut product manufacturing operations in Kurunegala, managing production targets, quality standards, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure targets are met
- Manage and develop the production team
- Implement quality control and food safety standards
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Prepare production reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years production management experience in food or FMCG manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
