About the Role

Support technical and quality control operations at Tokyo Cement's facility in Jaffna, ensuring cement production meets quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control testing on cement and raw materials
• Monitor and report on production quality parameters
• Maintain technical records and test reports
• Support engineering and production teams in process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
• 0-2 years experience in manufacturing or construction
• Laboratory testing and quality control knowledge
• Willingness to be based in Jaffna
• Strong attention to detail
