About the Role

Provide specialised nursing care and supervision in the ICU at Thalawathugoda, maintaining clinical standards and patient safety protocols at an internationally accredited hospital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centred nursing care in ICU
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure clinical standards
• Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans
• Monitor and document hospital-acquired infections

Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree
• Registered with SLNC or PHSRC
• 3+ years experience as staff nurse in healthcare facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
