Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and staff coordination
- Drive sales targets and customer experience
- Manage inventory and stock movement
- Coordinate across accounts, logistics, and marketing teams
- Handle customer service and complaints
- Supervise POS operations and reporting
Requirements
- Prior retail or showroom management experience
- Leadership and communication abilities
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Diploma qualification
- Sports or retail industry background preferred
