About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support management of daily operations within the Support Department
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain service quality
- Supervise and guide support team members
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams
- Improve support processes and documentation
- Prepare performance reports and communicate updates
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2-3 years customer support experience with leadership exposure
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with support tools like JIRA
- Flexibility and proactive attitude
