Set up and manage a central reservations office for luxury boutique hotel properties across Sri Lanka, based at the Colombo office.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage a central reservations office for multiple luxury boutique hotel properties in Sri Lanka
• Handle inbound reservations inquiries and bookings
• Coordinate with hotel properties on availability and rates
• Maintain booking systems and ensure accurate reservation records

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English proficiency
• Prior tourism industry experience in reservations, travel agencies, or destination travel agencies
