Senior QA Engineer (Automation – Playwright)

About the Role

Design and maintain Playwright automation frameworks, execute CI/CD-integrated tests, perform database validation with SQL, and mentor junior QA engineers in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright
• Validate end-to-end functional scenarios across desktop and web
• Execute automation in CI/CD environments
• Perform database validation using SQL
• Mentor junior QA engineers
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects

Requirements

• 3+ years QA/Test Engineering experience
• 1+ years hands-on Playwright experience (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Strong manual testing and API testing skills
