About the Role

Support retail operations at the Lunuganga hotel shop including POS transactions, garden tour ticketing, inventory management, and providing excellent visitor assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the shop
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and sales documentation
• Manage garden tour ticketing processes
• Inventory and stock handling support
• Basic reconciliations and sales summary preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards

Requirements

• Responsible, personable attitude
• Willingness to learn and work effectively within a team
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• School leavers encouraged to apply
• Bentota area residency preferred
