Executive – Industrial Engineering

About the Role

Achieve production efficiency targets through accurate SMV calculations, line balancing, yamazumi chart preparation, and machinery and manpower layout planning at the Rambukkana factory.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-production activities and meet targeted Production Start Dates
• Achieve planned efficiency and productivity targets for assigned sections
• Perform accurate SAH and efficiency calculations for each style
• Mentor IE Officers and oversee their performance development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Clothing Technology
• GSD License or prior experience with GSD systems
• 1–3 years in industrial engineering at large-scale apparel manufacturing
