Ensure achievement of daily sewing plan, efficiency, and quality objectives by supervising sample room operators, planning targets, and implementing cost-effective sewing approaches at Biyagama.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate sample room production objectives including daily targets and quality metrics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement innovative, cost-effective sewing approaches
• Supervise sample room sewing machine operators and technicians
• Execute health and safety compliance duties

Requirements

• Certification in Clothing Technology
• 8+ years as a Sewing Technician
