About the Role

Field worker for coconut plantation operations including soil preparation, planting, weeding, fertilisation, and pest management in Jaffna.

Responsibilities

• Soil preparation and seedling planting
• Weeding, mulching, and fertilisation
• Pest and disease identification and treatment
• Harvesting at proper timing

Requirements

• Prior farming or plantation experience preferred
• Physically capable for field work
• Full-time availability
