Responsibilities
- Administer purchasing and receiving procedures
- Conduct staff performance assessments
- Manage food and beverage operations
- Manage guest service
- Implement loss/risk prevention
- Manage training
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in beach clubs or 4-5 star hotels
- Culinary qualification preferred
- Strong leadership and cost management skills
