About the Role
Shirohana seeks a Shop Manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead the team, and maintain brand standards. Salary LKR 80,000-150,000+.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations and ensure exceptional customer experience
- Lead Junior Florists, Shop Helpers, and Assistants with scheduling and training
- Maintain shop cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational standards
- Coordinate stock management with purchasing and head office
- Handle cash, card, and online payment processing with daily reporting
- Manage customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Requirements
- Retail management, hospitality, or floristry experience
- Small team management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Fluency in English, Sinhala, or Tamil
