About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and coordinate staff
- Drive retail sales and meet showroom targets
- Ensure customer service excellence and product presentation
- Manage showroom inventory and stock replenishment
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and marketing teams
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support
- Monitor POS operations and cashiering
Requirements
- 4 years' experience in retail showroom/store management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales operations and inventory management knowledge
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system familiarity
- Weekend and event availability
