About the Role

Support end-users with day-to-day IT services including hardware troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and both remote and onsite technical assistance.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
Support users both remotely and onsite
Maintain IT documentation and asset records

Requirements

Diploma in Computer Hardware or equivalent
1-3 years in computer hardware field
Basic networking and system support knowledge
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
