Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff in ICU and ward settings
- Deliver patient-centred nursing care
- Mentor and develop junior nursing staff
- Ensure adherence to clinical quality standards
- Liaise with medical officers and management
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Degree
- SLNC or PHSRC registration
- 3+ years experience as staff nurse
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
