Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and management accounts
- Manage budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Prepare reports for senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred
- 3-5 years experience in a similar finance role
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
