Lead and manage ODEL showroom operations across multiple locations in Sri Lanka, supervising sales teams and ensuring excellent customer experience standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom operations and daily activities

• Maintain store standards and customer experience
• Coordinate with logistics and merchandising teams

Requirements

• Advanced Level education
• 1 year of retail or showroom experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
