About the Role

Siva Home Care And Medicals is seeking qualified Speech and Occupational Therapists to deliver evidence-based patient care within their multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Evaluate functional abilities and create comprehensive treatment plans for occupational therapy
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on coordinated care
• Maintain accurate patient records compliant with regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC)
• Minimum 1 year work experience
