About the Role

Experienced Chinese Chef at Chathura Bakers and Caters in Angoda, Colombo, with Rs 120,000-150,000/month and kitchen management responsibilities including staff training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes including rice, noodles, and seafood
• Manage daily kitchen operations independently
• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Train junior staff and trainees
• Handle stock, ingredients, and kitchen cleanliness
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Certificate in culinary arts or equivalent
• 2 years experience in Chinese cuisine
• Ability to manage kitchen independently
• Capable of training trainees
• Young and motivated individual
