About the Role

Experienced senior quantity surveyor to manage cost planning, valuations, and contract administration on large civil engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Conduct interim valuations and final accounts
• Manage contract administration and variations
• Coordinate with project teams on cost control
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years QS experience in construction
• Experience with large civil engineering projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
