Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team in preparing authentic Indian cuisine
• Develop and update Indian cuisine menu
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance

Requirements

• Culinary training with specialization in Indian cuisine
• 5+ years culinary experience
• Head chef or senior sous chef experience
• Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines
