Project Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Senior project engineer or quantity surveyor managing retail outlet development projects, preparing BOQs, overseeing construction activities, and controlling costs for LAUGFS expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for new retail outlets
• Prepare BOQs, tenders, and cost estimates
• Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring quality and compliance
• Monitor contractor performance and progress reports

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution or cost control
• Proficient in MS Project and construction cost tools
