Junior Sales Executive

About the Role

Sales role focused on merchant acquisition through prospecting, cold calling, and onboarding for a growing startup platform serving the hospitality and retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Execute minimum 40 daily cold calls to merchants
• Identify leads and schedule meetings
• Finalize merchant deals through negotiation
• Train partners on Feelo.lk platform
• Develop sales strategies to meet KPIs
• Maintain vendor records in CRM

Requirements

• Sales management background
• KPI achievement track record
• Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing/business preferred
• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred
