Senior B2B project sales role identifying and converting high-value opportunities in commercial kitchen, laundry, and cold room sectors through consultative selling.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop institutional, hospitality, and healthcare sector opportunities
- Manage complete sales cycles from proposal through closure
- Maintain CRM discipline and revenue forecasting
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, and developers
- Guide junior sales team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- 8-10 years B2B technical sales background
- Expertise in pricing structures and tender financials
- Proven deal-closing capability
