About the Role

Entry-level merchandising role supporting the merchandising department through coordination of designs, sampling, and production workflows at a leading Sri Lankan shirt manufacturer.

Responsibilities

Coordinate designs, sampling, and production
Prepare production schedules and workflow plans
Monitor all manufacturing stages from sampling to shipment
Track in-house material and accessory inventory
Maintain factory capacity data
Conduct fabric inspections

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Merchandising/Textiles preferred
1-2 years fabric merchandising experience
Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude
