About the Role
Self-motivated QS professional to handle BOQ preparation, cost plans, and tender documentation within a growing consulting practice.
Responsibilities
- Extract quantities from design drawings using specialised software
- Generate taking-off sheets and client reports
- Prepare BOQ and cost plans
- Execute QA/QC checks per established procedures
- Prepare tender documents and evaluation reports
- Conduct bulk quantity verifications
- Provide progress updates to supervisors
Requirements
- University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement or Construction Management
- 3-6 years pre-contract QS work experience
- Proficiency in Cost-X, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of NRM-1, NRM-2, CESMM-4, POMI, CSI formats
- Strong English communication abilities
