About the Role
Provide patient-centred nursing care across ETU, ICU, Operation Theater, and Ward units at Hemas Hospitals Wattala branch.
Responsibilities
- Deliver effective nursing care aligned with clinical quality standards
- Communicate treatment plans and care needs to patients and guardians
- Support clinical activities and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Monitor, document, and report hospital-acquired infections per protocols
Requirements
- 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from recognized institute
- Registration with SLNC or PHSRC
- 2-3 years staff nurse experience in healthcare facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
