About the Role
Manage quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration on construction projects at Premier Entrance Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQs, estimates, and cost reports
- Quantity take-offs and measurements
- Monitoring project costs and variations
- Preparation of payment applications and valuations
- Coordination with site teams, consultants, and suppliers
- Assisting in tender preparation and contract administration
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Previous construction or QS experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and QS software
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
