About the Role

Entry-level graduate trainee position in sourcing and procurement at one of Sri Lanka's leading apparel manufacturers. Gain hands-on experience in supply chain, vendor management and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material fulfillment for smooth production
• Monitor order progress to achieve on-time delivery targets
• Build relationships with internal and external teams
• Maintain sourcing activity records and supplier performance tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Fluency in English is essential
• Internship or prior procurement/supply chain experience preferred
