About the Role

Lead digital engagement strategy at one of Sri Lanka's largest diversified conglomerates. Manage digital platforms, brand protection and stakeholder engagement across LOLC Holdings' online channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital engagement strategy across LOLC Holdings
• Oversee brand protection and online reputation management
• Coordinate digital campaigns and social media presence
• Analyse digital performance metrics and report to leadership

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Minimum 4+ years experience in digital marketing or brand management
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and analytics
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
