Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
• Manage tender documentation and contract administration
• Monitor and control project costs
• Prepare payment certificates and variation orders

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification
• Relevant work experience in construction
• Computer literacy and good English communication
