Corporate Lawyer or Legal Manager for a Colombo management consulting firm. Handle a broad range of corporate, commercial and employment law matters and manage the company's legal function.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate and commercial legal matters
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts
• Provide legal advice to management on corporate matters
• Handle employment law and dispute resolution issues

Requirements

• Attorney at Law with minimum 3–5 years post-admission experience
• Broad corporate and commercial law experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
