About the Role

Lead human resources management for a large plantation company with extensive agricultural operations in the Eastern Province. Manage recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations and HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR department across plantation operations
• Handle industrial relations and collective agreements
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance management
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor law

Requirements

• Degree in human resources management or related field
• Minimum 5+ years HR management experience, preferably in plantation or agri-industry
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
