About the Role
Lead human resources management for a large plantation company with extensive agricultural operations in the Eastern Province. Manage recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations and HR strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR department across plantation operations
- Handle industrial relations and collective agreements
- Oversee recruitment, training and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor law
Requirements
- Degree in human resources management or related field
- Minimum 5+ years HR management experience, preferably in plantation or agri-industry
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
