About the Role

Senior HR Business Partner for John Keells Holdings' Consumer Foods sector supporting new projects. Partner with business leaders on people strategy, talent management, organizational development and industrial relations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with Consumer Foods sector leadership on people strategy and workforce planning
Support new project launches with HR strategy and resourcing
Drive talent management, performance management and succession planning
Handle industrial relations and employee relations matters
Implement organizational development initiatives

Requirements

Degree in HRM or related field
Minimum 5+ years experience in a senior HR role, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong business partnering and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
