About the Role

Elcardo Industries, Sri Lanka's leader in roller door manufacturing and construction solutions, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for its Nawala office. Closing May 19, 2026.

Responsibilities

Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for manufacturing and construction projects
Manage tender submissions and procurement
Administer contracts and variations
Track project costs and prepare financial reports
Coordinate with production and project teams

Requirements

Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 2 years QS experience
Knowledge of construction and manufacturing contracts
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
