• Manage all building and facilities operations across property portfolio
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Supervise maintenance and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and building standards
• Prepare operations budgets and cost control reports

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical)
• Minimum 5 years facilities/operations management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka building codes and safety regulations
