Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies and set production standards
• Analyze and improve production efficiency and line balancing
• Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare IE reports and support production planning
• Train operators and supervisors on standard methods

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years IE experience in apparel manufacturing preferred
• Proficiency in IE software and MS Excel
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
