Responsibilities
- Oversee all screen printing and graphic technical operations
- Develop and maintain printing process standards
- Manage quality control for screen printing output
- Lead and develop the screen printing technical team
- Liaise with buyers and manage approval processes
Requirements
- Degree in Textile Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in screen printing technical management
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, inks, and substrates
- Buyer compliance and quality audit experience
