Responsibilities

• Assist with field preparation, planting, and cultivation of potato crops
• Support irrigation, fertilizer application, and pest management
• Monitor crop health and report field observations
• Coordinate with farm supervisors and project team
• Maintain field records and data collection

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field
• Interest in agricultural development and community projects
• Physical fitness for fieldwork in Badulla highlands
• Sinhala and Tamil language skills preferred
