- Manage buyer accounts and merchandising operations
- Drive costing, sampling, and bulk production coordination
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships
- Oversee order follow-up from sampling to shipment
- Lead and mentor junior merchandising team members
Requirements
- Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years merchandising experience in apparel export
- Strong buyer relationship and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of international apparel buyers and their requirements
