Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure targets are met
• Manage and motivate the production floor team
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and absenteeism levels
• Coordinate with planning, QA, and industrial engineering teams
• Prepare production progress reports

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Garment Technology or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years production supervision experience
• Strong leadership and floor management skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and efficiency improvement
