Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies and establish standard minute values
- Prepare and review garment cost sheets for buyer negotiations
- Analyse production efficiency and implement improvement initiatives
- Support capacity planning and production scheduling
- Prepare IE and costing reports for management
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years IE and costing experience in apparel manufacturing
- Proficiency in costing tools and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
