Responsibilities

• Supervise value-added service operations including labelling, tagging, and quality checks
• Manage team productivity and ensure service quality standards
• Coordinate with clients on order requirements and delivery schedules
• Implement operational improvements and efficiency measures
• Prepare daily productivity and quality reports

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in logistics or VAS
• Strong leadership and quality management skills
• Experience in apparel or retail supply chain preferred
