Responsibilities

• Learn and apply greenhouse cultivation techniques
• Assist with planting, crop monitoring, and harvesting operations
• Support data collection and farm management activities
• Participate in technology transfer and knowledge sharing programs
• Contribute to Lassna Agri's mission of empowering Sri Lankan farmers

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• Passion for modern and hi-tech agriculture
• Ability to work in greenhouse and field environments in Divulapitiya
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to innovative farming practices
