Oversee entire bakery and pastry production for a multi-brand F&B group. 8+ years experience required. Competitive package with culinary workshops.
Responsibilities
- Oversee entire production of bakery and pastry products
- Maintain recipe accuracy, presentation, and brand standards
- Ensure timely preparation and product dispatch across outlets
- Uphold hygiene and HACCP standards
- Manage team members, scheduling, and on-job training
- Support R&D initiatives and special orders
Requirements
- Diploma or Professional Certification from recognized Hotel School
- Minimum 8 years pastry and bakery kitchen experience
- 2+ years in senior position
- Deep understanding of bread science and delicate pastry techniques
