Responsibilities

Quantity takeoffs from design drawings
BOQ and cost plan preparation with QA/QC checks
Tender document assistance and evaluation reporting
Progress updates and deadline adherence

Requirements

University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
3-6 years pre-contract QS experience
Experience on Middle East, UK, Australia, Singapore, or NZ projects preferred
